The hotel had some pros like very comfortable beds and spacious rooms, but it was nothing like the advertised photo of the room I booked. The location was great with friendly and helpful staff, but the onsite spa and leisure center was dirty and unkept. My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were very tired and felt grubby, with chipped enamel in the bath, stains on carpets and curtains, and bad plastering on walls. The lack of air conditioning in warm weather made the room uncomfortably hot, and the window didn't open far enough.
